Ordering Online:

When ordering online every effort is made to produce the product you have chosen as it appears on our site. Due to the daily turnover of stock there may be minor substitutes made to flower types and colours while always endeavouring to retain the same ‘feel’ of the original item. In the event that we are unable to supply that which you have chosen, our friendly staff will contact you immediately to make alternative arrangements. We also encourage you to contact us directly if there is something special and particular you would like.

We are a locally owned and operated business supporting local growers and suppliers for the freshest possible product. Our online ordering system belongs solely to us and as such there are no hidden commissions for web based ordering companies. 100% of your purchase price is dedicated to the product you have ordered and it’s delivery.

Our shopping cart is a secure site and all credit card details are entered through by our own staff. At no time will your details be disclosed to any third party for information, profit or advertising.

Delivery guidelines:

Local orders placed by 2.00pm will be delivered the same day or on the date chosen by you within our business hours. Delivery costs have been included in our pricing for business and residential addresses between Caloundra and Noosa and inland to Nambour and its surrounding areas. In the event that we cannot deliver to your chosen address, we will contact you immediately to discuss alternative options. Though we cannot guarantee specific delivery times, we do appreciate any information that allows us to deliver when the recipient is at home / work. We reserve the right to leave deliveries in secure and protected areas should any premises be unattended. When we feel that any item is in danger of deterioration a calling card will be left to advise the recipient of our attempted delivery. Every effort will be made to advise you of the progress of your delivery should it be delayed.

our alcohol products are not for sale to persons under the age of 18 and will not be left unattended or in the possession of a minor. Re-delivery of orders to an unattended premises may incur an additional delivery fee.
